GERMAN SPITZ (K)

A nice entry although I noted that a few exhibits pushed the measure, the odd mouth faults were apparent & a few ears were set at ten to two.

PD (5). 1 Highmoors Printzagems Cbby. Full of character & a handful, but once settled moved out quite well, though a little loose in front. Compact, nice eye & expression with gd pigment. Firm topline & gd tailset; 2 Stannards Lusam Davey Dingle At Ulmarra. Pushed 1 hard, keen & wanting to please, gd pigment, nice headshape & just enough rib. Steady mover; 3 Pardens Desarim Skylark Mit Dunbrook.

JD (3). 1 D’Agostino Orion Storm Warning. One for the future, nicely presented in gd coat. Balanced head & pleased in bone & rib. Eye, ears & neck were plus points. Moved out well; 2 Poultneys Shetlock Normandic At Sirchray. Head proportions ok, firm topline & gd tailset. Moved adequately but up to size for me.

PGD (4). 1 Jones Lusam Zeus. W/s. Nice shape, plenty of coat & level topline on the move. Gd head piece & neat feet.

LD (8). 1 Gilbert-Bakers Ticapon Merilos Victor With Hasweth (Imp). Nicely made, compact & short coupled. Head shape, neck & tailset were all plus points. Gd rib & nice bone. Moved out adequately & was close up in the challenge; 2 Kimber & Bridgens Wychlea Ludo At Stonelight. Compact with plenty of bone & shown in lovely coat. Played up a bit, but once settled moved out quite well. Gd wedge & clean neck, firm in topline & nice tialset; 3 Chambers Nosregor Hot Shot For Musique.

OD (6). 1 Highmoors Kartmel Legolas. DCC. Pleasing black, balanced all round & nice for size. Gd head piece, clean in cheek & neck, plenty of bone, well ribbed up & short in loin. Firm topline, gd coat & moved out well; 2 Allisons Terelatim Windy Miller RDCC. Cream/sable. Nice example, gd wedge & scored in eye & ears. Balanced on the move showing a level topline & plenty of reach. Not quite the showman of 1 but quality for all to see; 3 Wrights Ch Orion Mirror Image. Completed a pleasing trio.

PB (3). 1 Bradburys Wychlea Yehttah Gain. BP. Pretty black, full of character & pleased in shape & size. Compact & short, lovely eye & expression, just the right amount of stop. Moved freely fore & aft.

JB (4). 1 Andrews Roydenzone Roxanne From Runfold. Lively & did not help her handler, but produced gd straight movement once settled. Nicely made, pleasing head with gd wedge, topline & tailset ok; 2 Sermans Teomakleins Ticklick By Tymy. Short on coat, but it was all there to see. Erratic on the move, but she can move & once settled showed herself off well. Balanced head & scored in eye & ears. One to look at again; 3 Porters Porterble Ruby Tuesday.

PGB (4). 1 Pardens Dunbrook Bedazzled. Presented in gd coat & condition, gd breadth of skull & nice wedge. Compact, nice bone & neat feet. Pleased overall & moved out well; 2 Avent Lusam Little Sprite. Longer cast than 1 & not so balanced on the move. Shown in lovely coat, eye, ear & topline were all plus points; 3 Shippens Terendak Bubble Toppign At Skerryness.

LB (4). 1 Storms Stormavon Spirit In The Sky. JW, BCC & BOB. This one was worth waiting for, compact, short coupled & all of a piece. Nicely balanced head piece, gd wedge, small well carried ears & clean neck. Just enough bone, short strong loin & well muscled hindquarters. Moved out well fore & aft; 2 Bradburys Wychlea Aimy Vooh. RBCC. Another quality black from this kennel. Head was complemented by a moderately defined stop, dark eye, nice pigment & clean cheeks. Held a gd topline & was nice for size. Just short on cat, but put on a gd performance once settled & pushed 1 hard; 3 Averys Kartmel Breezer.

OD (4). 1 Trendlas Lucam Beatty Romanae. Lively character, moved like a train, nice outline & shown in gd condition. Short coupled & balanced, with clean neck & pleasing head; 2 Carrs Kimbacrests Suthan Momma. Veteran, thoroughly enjoying her day & showing straight movement fore & aft. Pleased in head & skull, though roundish eye & wavy coat detracted somewhat.
