Critique
KLEIN The overall quality of the Kleins was far superior to the Mittels on the day.
PD (5,1) 1 Wright’s Minigardens Emil Lovely Boy (Imp). Aptly named and cxompact, short coupled 11 month old white dog. Small, well placed ears and dark, oval shaped eyes, good mouth. Well ribbed, level topline and a high set tail. Good bone and small, catlike feet. Moved and showed well. 2 Norkett’s Applebanks Thruppence. Very promising cream dog. Beautiful head and expression. Ample bone and level topline. High set tail and moved and showed well. 3 Pearce and Francis’ Stormavon Sonofa Legend of Longsdale.
JD (2) 1 McCulloch’s Flactem Whizzby at Macpaws. Compact cream dog, well placed ears and dark oval shaped eye, good mouth. Moderately short neck, good bone and a level topline. In good coat, moved and showed well. 2 Bradbury’s Wychlea Rhonday Vooh. Another nice dog with a masculine head. Good bone and a level topline, high set tail and tight, catlike feet. Moved and showed well.
PGD (1) 1 Morgan’s Dare to Dream of Ahlen. Beautiful black and silver sable dog, unfortunately oversized. Masculine wedge shaped head. Short coupled with a well developed loin and moderate tuck up. Good bone, level topline and a high tailset. Harshest of coats, moved and showed well.
LD (2) 1 Andrews’ Porterble Sirius Black from Runfold. Compact dog with a beautiful wedge shaped head and good bone. Short well developed loin and a moderate tuck up. Level topline and in good coat. Moved and showed well. 2 Holmes’ Oberitz Prinz Charming. Another nice black dog with a good head. Level topline and a high set tail. Catlike feet and moved and showed well.
OD (6) Wow! What a class, the best of the day between the Kleins and Mittels. 1 Hill’s Enzo Z Temnych Noci at Cyfelin (Imp). Fitted the standard perfectly and is absolutely fabulous. Wolf sable dog with all the attributes and more. A mini sized Keeshond with a wedge shaped head and the darkest, oval shaped eyes with spectacle markings, scissor bite. Short coupled and a well knit dog with a level toplie. Moderately short neck and short, well developed loin. Moderate tuck up, well ribbed with a high tail. In good firm condition and profuse and harsh textured coat. Moved briskly around the ring. At one with his owner, showed well. Hope his third CC is not far away. CC and BOB. 2 Stannard’s Lusam Davey Dingle at Ulmarran. Orange sable and another fabulous short coupled dog. Same attribues of the winner. Moved briskly around the ring. Harsh textured coat. Res CC. 3 Kimber and Brigden’s Ch Wychlea Ludo at Stonelight.
PB (7,3) 1 Moir’s Stormavon Sly Flyer to Jansaleis. Pretty compact bitch with a lovely feminine head. Good bone and modreately sloping shoulder. Small catlike feet and a harsh coat and high set tail. Moved and showed well. Just had the edge in the challenge for Best Puppy. 2 Holmes’ Tilly Mint. Black bitch with well placed ears, dark oval shaped eye and a good mouth. Level topline, high set tail. Moved ok. 3 Asher’s Stonelight Razzle Dazzle.
JB (7,2) 1 Allison’s Wychlea the Debutant of Terelatim. Compact black bitch with a lovely feminine head and in good condition. Sort coupled and with a level topline. High tailset and in good coat. Tight feet and moved and showed well. 2 Holmes’ Precious Sapphire. Chocolate bitch with a level topline and high tailset. Tight feet and she showed well. 3 Metcalfe’s Flactem Nightspot.
PGB 1 Storm’s Stormavon Scotch Mist. Compact bitch with a wedge shaped head and sall, well placed ears, dark oval eyes and a good mouth. Moderately sloping shoulder and a level topline, high tailset and good bone. Moderate tuck up, in good coat and moved and showed well. 2 Tullis’ Dusty Midnight Sky Over Runfold. Pleasing bitch, ears on the larger side. Short coupled and well knit. Good bone and a level topline. Moved and showed well. 3 Allison’s Wychlea the Debutant of Terelatim.
LB (5,3) 1 Tullis’ Radajasa Double Fizzion. Beautiful compact bitch with small, triangular ears, dark oval shaped eye and a good mouth. Neck well set into shoulders, level topline and a high set tail. Tight, catlike feet. In good coat and moved and showed well. Res CC. 2 Beck’s Neradmik Sugababe. Cream bitch with a nice, wedge shaped head. Level topline, high set tail and tight, catlike feet. In good coat and she moved and showed well.
OB (4,1) 1 Wright and Storm’s Ch Orion Absolutely Fabulous. Aptly named, beautiful feminine head with small, high set ears and a dark, oval shaped eye, correct mouth. Short coupled and compact bitch, level topline and a high set tail. Tight catlike feet, harsh coat and she moved without exaggeration and showed well. CC. 2 Kimber and Brigden’s Ch Stonelight Electra. Compact black bitch with a beautiful, feminine head. Good bone and a good reach of neck. Level topline and a high set tail. Moved and showed well. Did not return to the ring for the challenge for Res CC. 3 Allison’s Orion Chocolate Brownie of Terelatim.
