I found the breed very much the same as the last time I judged, still many with upright shoulders, no neck at all, bad movement & one or two lacking substance & bone. Temperaments were good though which is nice to see. Some big ears creeping in too.
MPD (3) 1 Halligan’s Nordlik New Moon, 6 months cream, very much a baby & needs some settling, his shape stood out for me, square & compact, good bone & nice head; 2 Kimber’s Stonelight Sleight Of Hand, 7 months baby, black with very nice head shape & ears, nicely balanced but not bone or movement of 1; 3 Kemp’s Orion Black Dazzle at Yanlan. PD (2,1a) 1 Highmoor’s Printzagems Verve, 10 months black, nice shoulder placement, good bone & depth of chest, lovely head, nice wedge shape, good balance all over. PGD (3,2) 1 Furber’s Holbain Choc O Late, well presented, lovely coat & texture, nice conformation all over which showed when he moved; 2 Thomas’ Cyfelin Razzle Dazzle from Indizak, lovely shape, ears & head square, balanced, very outgoing temperament. Just not movement of 1. LD (3,2) 1 Roberts’ Oberitz Sun Spot, g/w/parti, good balanced dog, ears a nice size & set on well, moved well. OD (4) Best class of the day, placings could have changed easily. 1 Metcalfe’s Flactem Domino, stood out for when he moved round the ring with the others, was not restricted in his back movement at all, b/w in full coat with good texture, very square shape & well boned without being coarse, very nice to go over, ears correct size & shape set right, very happy little man. CC & BOB; 2 Serman’s Ch Tymy Tymex, very close result, I loved this dog’s soundness & shape, overall good conformation, has substance & bone, good coat, moved well, nice ears & set on well. RCC; 3 Bradbury’s Ch Wychlea Rhonday Vooh.
MPB (4) 1 Pearce & Francis’ Longsdale Jen You Win, well she won, stood out from them all, has that expression that just melts your heart, super bone & shape, moved well, lovely dark pigment & head, presented to her best, shape & balance won the day, would never have thought in my wildest dreams I’d give a pup the CC, she’s going too well. CC & BP; 2 Hill’s Cyfelin Rudna Juliet, dark cream, great pigment, very nice to go over, showing good balance. Not quite movement of 1; 3 Bradbury’s Stonelight Smoke N Mirrors by Wychlea. PB (2) 1 Chamber’s Printzagems Viva La Diva, well constructed, nice head & eye, earset could be better, but still very pleasing, nice bone & depth of chest, should do well; 2 Kimber’s Stonelight Chameleon Silk, very happy little bitch, good head shape & ears, nice & square. Not bone & movement of 1. JB (1) 1 Garwood’s Prinza Gems Vista, found this bitch pleasing to go over, well constructed. Needs to settle herself on the move, do that & she will do well. YB (2) 1 Devlve’s Claren Pavlova, shows potentials, well balanced & made well, good shaped head & ears; 2 Kemp’s Stormavonn Snowdrop with Yanlan, well presented black in super condition, good balance & shape. LB (6) 1 Pearce & Francis’ Radajasa Agent Cher Bertfiz of Longsdale, one to watch, not in full coat but everything where it should be & in the right proportion, moved well, presented to perfection, sure to be a champ one day; 2 Serman’s Tymy Footsteps, very tight result with these two, black with lovely shape & conformation, lovely head shape & ears to go with them set correctly, I’m sure she will be made up shortly; 3 Storm’s Stormavon Skys Pink. OB (6) 1 Moir’s Stormavon Sky to Jansanleis, well presented, nice bone with lovely square shape, construction very good, shape of head & ears, definitely the winning formula here & movement was good, lovely to watch go round the ring. RCC; 2 Pearce & Francise’s Rimazet Serafino of Longsdale, another lovely bitch from this kennel, in great condition & presented to her best, good bone & construction, a hard decision between these two, just had to nitpick & preferred ears on 1; 3 Bradbury’s Ch Wychlea Isadora Ball.JANETTE TAYLOR
